We set-up an appointment on a Saturday morning and I test drove a 2015 Venza. I loved it but wanted a Venza with my list of "must have" features. Colin took the time and found the Venza with all the features I requested. Monday afternoon the car was delivered to Pedersen Toyota. I met with Dan the accessory man and then Brian in finance and everything went so smoothly. Colin took great care of me and showed me how to operate every option on the car. Amazing! That evening I drove off the lot of Pederson Toyota with my New 2015 Venza! I am the happiest person on this earth! Thank you for making this so easy. Colin...you are the best! More

I did an online inquiry about a Chevy Tahoe and Colin Finigan got in touch with me the same day I recently bought a used vehicle from Pedersen Toyota. I did an online inquiry about a Chevy Tahoe and Colin Finigan got in touch with me the same day. He was SUPER helpful. From texting me pictures of the vehicle, to walking me through the buying process, Colin gets a 5 star rating from me! The only reason I will give Pedersen 4 stars is because of the finance department. They were very clear as to what my monthly payment would be, my interest rate, my warranty details, etc. But, I had them hold a check for me and they deposited it two days before I asked them to, and ultimately my check bounced. But they are making it right and refunding me the overdraft charge. I think Tony just needs to slow down a little bit and make sure he pays attention to all the details :) Overall, very impressed and thank you again, Colin, for helping us get the car we have been searching for!
