Great Experience! My wife and I recently purchased a truck from Pedersen and had a great experience. We are from Southwest Denver and had visited another Toyota dealers My wife and I recently purchased a truck from Pedersen and had a great experience. We are from Southwest Denver and had visited another Toyota dealership on the North side of Denver first. We were less than impressed with the knowledge shared by the salesman we were dealing with, so decided to take the drive up to Ft Collins to look at a Tacoma I found online (not at Pedersen). We happen to drive by Pedersen before going to check out the other vehicle and we are so glad we did. Brian came to us as we walked onto the lot. He was very personable and knowledgeable as we looked at the used Tacoma's. He spoke of the Toyota certified program with all the details of the inspection and warranty etc, which was never once mentioned to us at the previous Toyota dealer stop. In the end, we purchased a 2012 Tacoma with 17K miles. Brian having the knowledge and talking with us through getting to where we needed on payment, SOLD US! Once we made the decision and headed into Tony (finance), he helped us firm up the loan and get us to our target monthly payment. Great experience and would refer the Pedersen team to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota! More

Dishonest, no Integrity, will rip you off. Buyer beware If you want a dealership to try to rip you off this is the place to go. They will not honor a True Car price. They will try to sell you a much lower model with less features at the price you were quoted for the model you came in for. Car sales 101-Never try to tell the customer they are wrong. Never try to spin the customer off on a lesser model for the same price. They are not straight up. they will try to dazzle you with numbers and even when you point out they are wrong they will not admit there mistake. Does Fort Collins need a dealership that supports this kind of practice when we have some many to choose from. Why are they in business. I will do everything I can to expose there dishonesty in an effort to help you the consumer avoid the pitfalls of being taken advantage of. Buyer beware. More
