Brandon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in respect to the vehicle I was interested in. He was interested in working with me financially to ensure that we were both satisfied with the purchase price of the car. That was a huge impact on my decision to purchase the vehicle from here! Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not over the Blue Book Value, and that Brandon was willing to do some slight negotiating on my behalf, spoke volumes to me. He was genuine and seemed happy to answer any of my questions and did not make me feel rushed! I am very happy with my vehicle! I purchased the vehicle in good condition in and out (and it is still in good running condition). I am very happy with my purchase price as well. Simply the Best! I just purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Pedersen. Both of my sons had recently purchased vehicles from Pedersen & were really pleased. I just purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Pedersen. Both of my sons had recently purchased vehicles from Pedersen & were really pleased. So when the time came, I also went to Pedersen. Oh my gosh . . . . I could not have picked a more professional, courteous, knowledgable, or friendly dealership!! Mike Croce & Megan Alayon made car buying a "piece of cake." They explained everything and made sure I got the car I wanted. When the car arrived, Megan spent the better part of an afternoon making sure I was familiar with all of the new technology, and said she would spend time with me in the following weeks as questions came up. WOW, now that is Customer Service. Megan even took me to the Service Department and introduced me as a new car owner . . . seriously? How nice is that? I would recommend Pedersen & when the time comes to do this again, there is no question where I will go! Thanks, again to everyone at Pedersen! More

Terrible Customer Service My roommate was very happy to find a car at Pedersen that met her price, size, and mileage criteria. She put down over half the amount of the car two My roommate was very happy to find a car at Pedersen that met her price, size, and mileage criteria. She put down over half the amount of the car two weeks ago (planning to pay cash for the full amount) and just received a check from her insurance company to pay off the rest of the car so that she could take delivery tonight. She called the dealership an hour before going in to make sure that a personal check would be sufficient for the remaining amount of the vehicle, and the receptionist told her it would be no problem. So she went in to the dealership to pay them their money and take her car (after being without a car for over a month). She was SO excited. We got there and Mike Gerrish wandered off to get a finance manager whom told her that because she is young and doesn't have much credit, they won't take her personal check. I know for a fact that they had NO REASON whatsoever to pull her credit for a cash deal in the first place, so they succeeded in dinging her credit for absolutely no reason. They weren't very nice to her when she arrived in the first place, and Mike seemed annoyed that he might have to stay late to help his customer (we arrived about half an hour before close). Overall, it was a terrible experience for me as a bystander; I can't imagine how my roommate felt being treated so poorly. I can't believe they get away with such awful customer service. More

Shopping for new vehicle After much shopping around, my husband and I have decided to purchase a Volvo XC70. RYAN BURR, Sales Manager, at Pederson was absolutely the most info After much shopping around, my husband and I have decided to purchase a Volvo XC70. RYAN BURR, Sales Manager, at Pederson was absolutely the most informative, gracious and understanding sales person I have ever encountered. I felt confident and sure this would be the dealership where we would purchase our next new car. HOWEVER, we were "assigned" to JASON STEELE as our "salesman" and all of those good feelings have flown right out the door. We were "talked into" ordering a car with most of the options we wanted, we were talked out of a specific interior combo that was of interest due to the carpeting that came standard in the combo. OK, that was my cal, but while waiting for the car to arrive, Volvo changed the combo and NO ONE called us to let us know we could have what we really wanted. There was plenty of time from when Volvo made the changes for our ordered car to be changed as well. Instead the car arrived and we did not like it at all. RYAN BURR was very good about us not taking delivery of this car and discussed other options, including Overseas Delivery. At no time did JASON STEELE call us or communicate with us the pending changes that Volvo was making or how the original car could have been changed to fit our needs/wants. So at this time we have decided to take overseas delivery so we can order exactly what we want in out new Volvo (this was communicated at the time we reviewed the original car to both RYAN BURR and JASON STEELE), we have not heard once from JASON STEELE (it has been over 6 mo) and have had to find the info for ordering our new car from another dealership. I am reluctant to give this dealership any sales business but the remaining Volvo dealerships are several hours from where I live so a decision has to be made. I would gladly give my commission dollars to RYAN BURR as he has provided us with all the information, answered all of our questions and even arranged our test drive. He spent many, many hours with us as we started the shopping process to our final decision to purchase a Volvo. . IMO, JASON STEEL has not earned any commission for my business and I would like to find a way that he does not profit from my business with this dealership, if I indeed choose to place my order with them. More
