They sold us a vehicle that had serious problems that were disguised and would not repair them when requested. They also gave out personal information and did not provide all the required paperwork at the time of sale. When confronted with these facts, Pedersen Toyota straight out lied for their personal gain. I will never recommend Pedersen Toyota. More

Ryan Schlote showed me everything that matched my criteria and we narrowed it down to one Toyota Prius. He was patient and knowledgeable, answered my many questions and he and Jason Jones, the sales manager, came up with a fair price. I said my husband and I would come back early this morning when it wasn't quite so hot. Although that was Ryan's scheduled day off, he agreed to come in. When we arrived, he had the car sitting right out front and we purchased it within the hour. There was no pressure, just an agreeable working together, and we are very satisfied. He is a young man, very personable and knows his cars. The entire experience could not have been better and we would happily recommend Pedersen Volvo to friends. More
