I had been looking around for a used Toyota Sienna van when a friend told me to check out the Pedersen Volvo website. Even at that low price, I was worried I could not get financed with a very small down payment since we had gone through a bankruptcy last year. I went there the next morning to look at it and I met their sales guy, Jason Jones. I explained I needed a good van, I did not have much money for a down payment and I needed low payments. Then I told him we had a bankruptcy. Jason Jones said he would do what he could to help me but he wanted me to drive it to make sure I liked it. It drove great - just what I wanted While I was test driving, Jason was working hard trying to get me financed AND get me an even better price than I saw on the website. I really liked having him help me because he seemed to really be interested getting me a great deal on the van and not just pushing me through and coming back with higher and higher prices like the other dealers I had gone to. Jason's work really paid off for me. It took him a few calls but he finally got me GREAT financing AND a low down payment AND a lower price than I ever thought I could get. Thanks Jason!!!! More

To call our experience with this dealership "terrible" is a big understatement. It was a nightmare from the beginning. Our Prius broke down in Fort Collins while my wife was on her way to work. Since we're not familiar with Fort Collins, she had it towed to the Toyota dealership. They had our car for a month. First they said that it needed a new hybrid battery, and they found a slightly used one for 2500.00. Then after it was installed, they said there was a problem with our wiring harness, and it would cost us 1000.00 to 1500.00 to have it DIAGNOSED. At this point we pulled out and had our car towed to an independent hybrid shop. During all this time, they didn't return phone calls, seemed to never have any updated information, the right guy was never there to talk to, etc. etc. Then, when we had it looked at by the independent, he diagnosed it in an hour, it turned out to be a part that had been on recall because of a high rate of failure. In a month, Pedersen Toyota couldn't apparently figure out it was a recalled part with a high rate of failure. It should have been replaced for free. But we spent 150.00 on an additional tow, and the fee to the independent shop who actually fixed the problem- 330.56! I would never, ever advise anyone to do business here. Avoid them like the plague. More

We wanted to 'test the waters' this past weekend, starting to look for a Toyota Prius. Two of our friends have this car and they can't say enough good about this particular model. Doing a little research, reading newspaper ads, and asking for recommendations, we decided to check out Pederson in Fort Collins, and Ehrlich in Greeley. I started with Pederson. As I got out of my car, I was warmly greeted by a very nice and reserved gentleman named Brandon. Throughout the process, I found him to be very gracious and sincere. He actually listened to our questions, concerns, and hesitations. Though the process was a little longer than I would have liked, the end result was complete satisfaction. Driving home in our brand new Toyota Prius C was very special! Thank you Brandon, and thank you Pederson! More

From the first time I met Jeff, I found him to be friendly, personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, open and honest. His approach in explaining the product (a new vehicle) and the process was total friendly, personable, accommodating, knowledgeable, open and honest. His approach in explaining the product (a new vehicle) and the process was totally different from my previous auto dealership negative experiences. I appreciated the low-key sales approach, no pressure process and his willingness to negotiate an acceptable price. However, the one aspect of the process that my wife and I were caught off guard was meeting Dan Rumsey to discuss additional options to the Prius C. Dan’s approach appealing to the buyers’ emotions of repeatedly stating “don’t regret that…” was unappealing. In my conversations with Jeff, we discussed my wife and I were looking for a basic model with minimal options as we planned a specific budget range for a new vehicle. We realize all auto dealerships “play the game” of looking at ways to generate additional revenue (aka adding options) for the dealership. We understand this is what helps “put food on the table” for the employees. But that doesn’t mean we like or appreciate it. Jessica was wonderful to work with! We had a bit of an "emergency" and needed a car for my college daughter. It was a whirlwind shopping event that we hadn't really planned on. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind and patient Jessica was with us as we didn't have a lot of money to spend, but we weren't treated "poorly' because we weren't big spenders. This is a MAJOR test of car sales people and Jessica passed with flying colors. Although I do not remember the finance lady's name, I want to point out how pleasant and kind she was as well. I have had bad experiences during car shopping, therefore I absolutely HATE it...these ladies made this car shopping day the best one ever! Thank you so much! More

Exceptional experience. My lease expired on my Sequoia and considering the mileage and damage, I was looking at a significant issue getting into a new vehicle. Vicki Bagwell and Ryan, the finance manager and considering the mileage and damage, I was looking at a significant issue getting into a new vehicle. Vicki Bagwell and Ryan, the finance manager, worked on the transaction for a week and gave me a couple of options. Not only was I able to get into a NEW vehicle, a Highlander which I like better than the Sequoia anyway, but the down payment and monthly lease payment were very reasonable and within my price range. Vicki was very professional, friendly, helpful and looked for solutions and not problems. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a Toyota to consider Pedersen and specifically Vicki. I know that I will be a loyal customer. More
