From the moment we stepped on the lot until the 2011 Volvo S-60 was purchased I felt like I was dealing with friends. I was on a mission to weed out cars and dealerships for my wife to consider as soon Volvo S-60 was purchased I felt like I was dealing with friends. I was on a mission to weed out cars and dealerships for my wife to consider as soon as tax season was over. We were on a mission and had been to 4 dealerships earlier that day and had driven 7 cars. We were greeted by finance manager Jason Jones and he took it from there. They were busy on a Saturday afternoon when we arrived and Jason was manning the dealership while the sales staff attended to other customers. We did not intend on buying a car but the test drive won us over. When my wife explained to Jason that she was an accountant and very busy and did not have time for the dealership dance. Jason wrote his best deal on his card and sent us out the door Saturday night. We were impressed by the car. We were impressed by the people at the dealership. Do yourself a favor when it comes time to test drive cars and try a Volvo and definitely swing by Pedersen Volvo. The entire staff is professional, respectful and friendly. Best car buying experience I have ever had. More

I had been looking around for a used Toyota Sienna van when a friend told me to check out the Pedersen Volvo website. I decided to give them a try and I saw a nice looking '04 Sienna on their site for a when a friend told me to check out the Pedersen Volvo website. I decided to give them a try and I saw a nice looking '04 Sienna on their site for a great price. Even at that low price, I was worried I could not get financed with a very small down payment since we had gone through a bankruptcy last year. I went there the next morning to look at it and I met their sales guy, Jason Jones. I explained I needed a good van, I did not have much money for a down payment and I needed low payments. Then I told him we had a bankruptcy. Jason Jones said he would do what he could to help me but he wanted me to drive it to make sure I liked it. It drove great - just what I wanted While I was test driving, Jason was working hard trying to get me financed AND get me an even better price than I saw on the website. I really liked having him help me because he seemed to really be interested getting me a great deal on the van and not just pushing me through and coming back with higher and higher prices like the other dealers I had gone to. Jason's work really paid off for me. It took him a few calls but he finally got me GREAT financing AND a low down payment AND a lower price than I ever thought I could get. Thanks Jason!!!! More

To call our experience with this dealership "terrible" is a big understatement. It was a nightmare from the beginning. Our Prius broke down in Fort Collins while my wife was on her way to work. Since we're not familiar with Fort Collins, she had it towed to the Toyota dealership. They had our car for a month. First they said that it needed a new hybrid battery, and they found a slightly used one for 2500.00. Then after it was installed, they said there was a problem with our wiring harness, and it would cost us 1000.00 to 1500.00 to have it DIAGNOSED. At this point we pulled out and had our car towed to an independent hybrid shop. During all this time, they didn't return phone calls, seemed to never have any updated information, the right guy was never there to talk to, etc. etc. Then, when we had it looked at by the independent, he diagnosed it in an hour, it turned out to be a part that had been on recall because of a high rate of failure. In a month, Pedersen Toyota couldn't apparently figure out it was a recalled part with a high rate of failure. It should have been replaced for free. But we spent 150.00 on an additional tow, and the fee to the independent shop who actually fixed the problem- 330.56! I would never, ever advise anyone to do business here. Avoid them like the plague. More

We wanted to 'test the waters' this past weekend, starting to look for a Toyota Prius. Two of our friends have this car and they can't say enough good about this particular model. Doing a little research, reading newspaper ads, and asking for recommendations, we decided to check out Pederson in Fort Collins, and Ehrlich in Greeley. I started with Pederson. As I got out of my car, I was warmly greeted by a very nice and reserved gentleman named Brandon. Throughout the process, I found him to be very gracious and sincere. He actually listened to our questions, concerns, and hesitations. Though the process was a little longer than I would have liked, the end result was complete satisfaction.
