I was pleasantly surprised at how kind and patient Jessica was with us as we didn't have a lot of money to spend, but we weren't treated "poorly' because we weren't big spenders. This is a MAJOR test of car sales people and Jessica passed with flying colors. Although I do not remember the finance lady's name, I want to point out how pleasant and kind she was as well. I have had bad experiences during car shopping, therefore I absolutely HATE it...these ladies made this car shopping day the best one ever! Thank you so much! More

Exceptional experience. My lease expired on my Sequoia and considering the mileage and damage, I was looking at a significant issue getting into a new vehicle. Vicki Bagwell and Ryan, the finance manager and considering the mileage and damage, I was looking at a significant issue getting into a new vehicle. Vicki Bagwell and Ryan, the finance manager, worked on the transaction for a week and gave me a couple of options. Not only was I able to get into a NEW vehicle, a Highlander which I like better than the Sequoia anyway, but the down payment and monthly lease payment were very reasonable and within my price range. Vicki was very professional, friendly, helpful and looked for solutions and not problems. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a Toyota to consider Pedersen and specifically Vicki. I know that I will be a loyal customer. More

I've bought many cars throughout my life. Most car buying experiences have been less than pleasant. I have NEVER been to a dealership that treated me the way Mike Weise did at Pedersen Toyota. While totally professional, Mike was friendly and cordial at the same time. He gave me honest information, exerted absolutely NO pressure, and answered every question I had quickly. He offered me top dollar for my tradein, no questions asked, giving us the lowest price I found from any Toyota dealer along the Colorado Front Range. It was the most hassle free no pressure sales experience I've ever had when buying a car. I'm not sure when I'll next have the need to purchase a vehicle again, but there's no doubt I'll return to Pedersen in the future.
