James took his time to find out what we needed and answered all our questions about the difference of the vehicles models. Even after we accepted the deal James stayed their and talked with us to keep us at ease. We love the vehicle but after a week the engine light came on and we took it into service. We told James that service is handling the matter and that everything is ok, but after 2 weeks and no part we called James. He immediately went to service and got the ball rolling to find out why it was taking so long for our part. Within a day we got a call and the part installed.
