Service had been great until I had a problem with my sunroof and Penske wanted me to pay $2900 to replace a motor that I did not break. The extended warranty did not cover and my regular warranty ended sunroof and Penske wanted me to pay $2900 to replace a motor that I did not break. My only concern was my change wallet which was on the driver door was almost emptied by one of your workers. My car has been left for several days before and never had anyone bothered it. I sent a message to Robert and he never responded. To me that is unprofessional. I work for the largest utility in the country and what we push most is exceptional customer service.
