Jorge Orozco, Barun Afkhamnejad and Leslie all were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The sales manager practically lost the deal for them. He called saying our car was in and to give him an hour to prep it so they would have everything ready. 3 hours later we were still there waiting for the car to be washed and filled up. After 2 hours into the ordeal we asked the sales manager politely for a water and he said they, "Didn't have any" and that "There were vending machines we could use". Barun sat down with us 2 minutes later and when we asked him, he quickly brought us a couple of bottles. Jorge Orozco was very helpful throughout the ordeal. If Jorge Orozco and Barun Afkhamnejad not picked up on how badly the negligent, disrespectful and unprofessional sales manager was treating us we would have walked out. My first time dealing with Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos was very pleasant and rewarding. I was having issues with my 2019 Cadi and was recommended there for car service and repair. The person who assiste was very pleasant and rewarding. I was having issues with my 2019 Cadi and was recommended there for car service and repair. The person who assisted me, David Canche, was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the service/repair process and made me feel very comfortable leaving my care and knowing that I would be taken care of and everything would be okay. He also assisted me by looking at the car's manufacturer warranty which was very helpful as the warranty was still available and my care was fixed with out a hitch. The range is severely limited and the car is now unsafe- cannot use A/C or Heater / Windshield Defroster.
