The "technician" forgot to tighten the oil drain plug in my brand new suburban. The car smoked as the oil spilled all over highway 91 on the way to Vegas. I took my car in for service, and Shania Barnes, in the service department, did a great job taking care of my car as usual. She gave me a reasonable quote on the cost of the service, and insured that I re service department, did a great job taking care of my car as usual.
