He was straightforward and honest with me from the beginning, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, and no games. He was extremely patient, accommodating, kind, and just genuinely sincere. Talking and working with him honestly felt more like I was doing business with family than buying a car from a salesperson. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and that meant a lot to me. Kody, who handled the financing, was great too! He was patient, explained everything, answered my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Between him and Sylvester, the whole process was just easy. I had been doing a LOT of looking before I found this car, so I was very happy to finally find something I felt good about.
