He also provided critical insight and facts- again, without leading us to his own conclusion- but to help us make the most informed choice with the utmost confidence. Other critical Penske team members that supported us were Rick (in Finance- he was so helpful in explaining all of our options and made signing on the dotted line a relaxing, exciting milestone) and Dennis (the guy that showed us all the buttons, tips, and tricks and made us laugh.) Penske has provided us with a phenomenal car buying experience. We have the assurance that this vehicle will last, and Penske has warranty options, and continued care and service support to keep us on the road for years- no matter the bumps we might hit along the way.
