He actually went the extra mile when finance was going to bump me up to a much higher payment because of some hardship I have fallen on that has affected my credit score. Because I had been faithful in my 3 years of payments to Honda, he went to bat for me and ended up getting me a payment for $80 less than what they origianlly said. Instead of loosing a good paying customer, he worked hard to do that and in the end I came back and leased the new Accord. I could not have been happier with my experience, salesman or my car.
