I found the Pilot online and submitted an interest request and heard from Doyle the next morning (first thing). Penske Honda is the only dealership you need to know in the entire Indianapolis area, and Song Park at Penske is the salesman to see. I have purchased 3 new Hondas from Song in the past 5 years after getti the entire Indianapolis area, and Song Park at Penske is the salesman to see. I have purchased 3 new Hondas from Song in the past 5 years after getting quotes from all Honda dealers in Indiana and Louisville, and Song matched those quotes every time. So needless to say, I will not buy another Honda from anyone but Song Park at Penske Honda. It also the little things that make Penske a great place to buy a car. There is never any pressure to buy. Song Park always keeps in touch with me throughout the year from birthdays or just to say hi. All their sales staff is ever so nice and always ready to help or answer any questions I might have, and the service department is top notch with 2 waiting rooms, one with TV's and the other is quiet for reading or business. I like a simple trade in when I lease or buy my cars, I don't like this back & forth bickering over a price (sure way for me not to purchase). Greg was great, everything great. Wished for a little smaller price, but salesman said it was the best you could do. After I checked KBB I found our price to be a bit smaller than retail, but still a few smaller price, but salesman said it was the best you could do. Since I told Bill I was buying in the next 2 months, he said I couldn't take a new CR-Z for a test drive. "We just can't have all these people coming in putting a bunch of miles on these cars for test driv said I couldn't take a new CR-Z for a test drive. "We just can't have all these people coming in putting a bunch of miles on these cars for test drives". Really Bill? How am I supposed to get serious if you won't let me test drive the car? Do I need to show you the $25k in cash before you'll let me drive one of you precious hybrids? He asked If I wanted to buy a manula or auto transmission...I said manual. He then replied "oh, those are really fun to drive in a manual". Guess I'll have to take your word on that Bill. I'm 40 years old, make 100k+/yr and have owned 5 Hondas. Bill, you just lost a guranteed sale and all of the money I spent on oil changes and service for my Civic and my wife's odyssey. Way to go. More
