Rep was super helpful and kept me updated on the status of my car consistently. The negative was that they did have to keep my car for almost a week due to them not having parts available to fix my issue a of my car consistently. The negative was that they did have to keep my car for almost a week due to them not having parts available to fix my issue and then breaking something else while they were working on my car that needed to be ordered as well. After all that, one of the issues I originally took the car in for is still not fully fixed. There also seems to additional minor damage to my car door that wasn't there before. More
