Fred was my service advisor. He greeted me with a smile and seemed excited to help me. My car was there for only a basic service. The car was taken back right away. A video from the mechanic was sent to me, showing me the things he checked and that I needed air filters. I thought that was great. Fred brought it to my attention as well. My car was completed in a timely manner. I appreciated that they didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need. Thank you to the mechanic. Great service!
