Maintenance I normally give 5 stars, but the tire rotation wasn’t done and it had to be returned. But when we brought it back, it was completed immediately! Very Disappointed I took my car in for a scheduled appointment on 9/10 at 9am. Was told it would be about 3 hours and they would give me a ride home to wait, at 2:30 m I took my car in for a scheduled appointment on 9/10 at 9am. Was told it would be about 3 hours and they would give me a ride home to wait, at 2:30 my husband was told they were just starting on it and would be 3 hours to finish it. At 6:15 pm i called and was told the Service Department was closed and my car keys were not with the cashier so they must still be working on it. We received a call back from the general sales manager to tell us he had found our paper work but there was nothing written on it. 9/11 at 10:00am the Service Department called to tell me they had to order an air compressor which would take about a week so I could come get my car. The part came in on the 18th, the first available service appointment was Monday, 9/23. I received a phone call to tell me it wasn’t the compressor so they were running more test they would get me a rental car. At 5:30pm they called because it needed another part which would be delivered the next day and installed immediately. While everything was covered under the warranty the lack of communication and timeframe are unacceptable. We have been customers of the sales and service departments for over 10 years and are seriously considering taking our business elsewhere. More

Poor service Had work done on truck. I complained of a noise i was hearing. Was told to just drive the truck they found nothing wrong. Well i gave a bad review bec Had work done on truck. I was called on the phone by a service writer and cursed out. And told to take my vehicle elsewhere for service. Well the noise i heard happened to be the front rear differential and coat me over 2000 dollars to get fixed at another dodge dealer because the people at performance didn't want to do their jobs and decided to act childish and immature. More

Great dealership I have to say other dealerships couldn’t help me and after 8 months went to performance dodge to have them look at my problem . Oil change from xxxx I went in for an oil change,that I scheduled 3weeks prior and and over an hour later I was told I needed a new tire.I have a tire protection plan but I went in for an oil change,that I scheduled 3weeks prior and and over an hour later I was told I needed a new tire.I have a tire protection plan but that wasn’t going to cover it,oh BTW I had an oil change plan which I was losing my last one of because you have to use it in so much time.Anyway my free oil chage cost me about 300.00$and took over 2 hours.Oh I drove my car right home and parked it in my driveway for the rest of the weekend and Monday morning when I went to go to work my low pressure tire light came on and I had to put air in one of my tires.xxx More
