Taking the Highlander. While there were moments I questioned my sanity for even thinking about buying another car, in the end it was the right choice with the right team. It started with Jonathan in Service who took the time to walk us out on the lot to show us the one 2014 Highlander in the inventory. He explained everything about it and set us on the right path. He turned us over to David Poole who bent over backwards to explain and work with us on every detail. During the final reflections when I had my doubts, Rob Messer was able to help with an understanding ear and patient explaining. While the wait for financing took much longer than it should have, today we are driving a gorgeous Jade Pearl 2014 Highlander Limited. Thanks Team Bountiful! More

Learning about and practicing great customer service in my own business kind of ruined me forever as a consumer. I have high expectations because I know it can be done, and I am rarely delighted. But Scott Argyle and Toyota Bountiful surprised me. Scott knows how to delight customers--so much so that Scott and I are talking about purchasing my next car, even though the one I bought from him is less than two years old. The dealership has really thought about what their customers expect, up to including an on-premise gym and quiet room just in case you don't have a hankering to watch Jerry Springer on the tube. I love my car, I love the dealership and, well, I can't say I love Scott because that's a little toooo personal. But I'll sure buy my next car from him. More
