My family and I took our Tacoma that we were leasing into service for an oil change. As we were waiting, my husband was checking out the cars that were in the car room. Josh Fugal approached him and asked if he was interest and he said no, just killing time while we wait for the truck being serviced. Josh and my husband continued chatting and he asked what truck we had, ect. He then mentioned refinancing. What I liked about Josh was he didn't think we were wasting his time when my husband said he was just killing time waiting for the truck, and that he wasn't interested in buying a new vehicle but Josh continued to let us know there are many options for us like refinancing to purchase and what we could do. He had us meet Josh Brinkerhoff who helped us get us the #'s that would help and fit us without killing our budget. Then we met with West Bird from the finance dept who was great getting us all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. They were all amazing and very accommodating with the little kids we had that were impatience. They still managed to stay patience and help us through. THANK YOU! More

My son found a used car on the internet that he had been looking for (2013 Ford Taurus) so I came up as support for him. It was a long drive as we live in Lehi. Once we arrived we were helped by Angelia Cal looking for (2013 Ford Taurus) so I came up as support for him. It was a long drive as we live in Lehi. Once we arrived we were helped by Angelia Call, she answered all of our questions & was very friendly and helpful, which made it a great experience which you don't always get at car dealerships. Scott Roper was the finance guy and explained everything very thouroughly & had everything ready when we went to his office. I told Angelia I would be back as I wanted to trade my car in before it had too many miles on it. in my work I am always driving so I put alot of miles on my cars and will have to trade them in frequently. So a couple weeks later I saw that your dealership had another 2013 Used Ford Taurus Limited so i decided to take it. I passed over similar deals that were closer to Lehi because of the experience I had up there the last time for my son, Angelia took great care to make it a great experience. So I called Angelia and set an appointment up with her. I also brought my wife as she was looking for aN SUV and I saw that you had a used Ford escape for sale. We came up & spent most of the day & I purchased the 2013 Taurus. I traded in my 2011 Taurus that had 105000 miles on it and I got $9000 on the trade in, I was hoping to get more but that is the way everybody must feel when they trade in a car. The car was very clean and exceeded my expectations.Angelia showed us some other options on the SUV and my wife liked it so much we went with that one. (New Toyota Highlander Limited) We ended up leasing that one as my wife doesn't put the miles on it that I do. Again Scott took care of us in the financing office. My daughter had a bad experience at a dealership in Sandy and when I told Angelia & Scott about it they said to have her come up. So she came up and they took care of her also, she bought a very nice 2012 Dodge avenger. Angelia again took great care of us. This time Cameron was the finance guy but he also did a great job.I have always had Fords as long as I can remember, but we are liking the highlander so much we might just convert to Toyota with all our vehicles. I will definately be back within a year or so as I will be needing to trade my Taurus in before it gets too many miles. I also sent a friend your way already, I am not sure how that worked out yet. So all togeather we purchased 4 vehicles within about a 3 week period and loved the service, we will be back. Thanks Brent Colledge More

I contacted Bountiful Toyota via the Internet requesting a price quote on a 2014 Yaris SE that was advertised on their website. With in 20 minutes I received a call from Keyston Gibson. We discussed what h a price quote on a 2014 Yaris SE that was advertised on their website. With in 20 minutes I received a call from Keyston Gibson. We discussed what he could offer as well as what I was looking for. I had a fixed monthly budget and because I already own a 2007 Toyota Yaris and knew how dependable Toyota's are that if he could make it work within my monthly budget I would purchase the vehicle. I wanted to be at 60 months if possible but would consider 72 months if it would fit my monthly Budget. Keyston said he would get to work on it right away. Within 1hour he called me back and said they could make it work. I set up an appointment to meet with him at 6 pm. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by an employee and I told him I was looking for Keyston he took me right in and located Keyston. Because we had worked out most everything by a few calls and a few emails there was nothing left to do but test drive the vehicle which went very well and then make the purchase. At this point Keyston passed me off to Scot Roper to discuss financining options and make the purchase. Scot was very helpful giving me all kinds of options to finance. We picked one that I felt was the right one for me it not only met my monthly budget but was less. Everything to do with this transaction was smooth easy and the dealership team is what made it a success. I would refer this dealership as well as both Keyston and Scot to anyone I knew that are looking for a new car. Thanks to them for making this one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made More
I decided to purchase a new vehicle out of state and came to an mutually agreed upon price. I gave a 400.00 credit card deposit and waited for the paperwork. A few days later I received a contract overnight express.At this time noted that an additional charge has been added to my contract 795.00 with no explaination or item associated or noted I guess this was a misc charge they add for overnighting the Documents. When the dealer was questioned about it they could not provide any kind of explaination for it but suddenly decided to drop the price of the vehicle significantly. After further review I decided i would rather pay more than deal with a dishonest dealership. So I did not purchase the vehicle and requested the credit card be refunded immediately. After 5 days With no return email or phone call confirming the refund was being taken care of I proactively began a dispute so I would not have to wait for ever to receive my money as i was purchasing a new car from an Excellent Dealership in Denver (Stevinson West Toyota). It has now been 6 weeks and the Dealer has not refunded my Card or reinbursed my Credit card company and I am now suppose to provide more info regarding this matter. How pathetic. I had a problem with this dealership before which got resolved so I gave them an opportunity to get another sale. Never again. Sincerely, Rob Froelich More

I had purchased a vehicle at another dealer not associated with Toyota of Bountiful, and had a terrible experience. After that experience my husband and I contacted this Toyota dealership to look i associated with Toyota of Bountiful, and had a terrible experience. After that experience my husband and I contacted this Toyota dealership to look into purchasing a vehicle. I was greeted by Jeremy Oakes, explained the situation and away we went to work. Jeremy, Auggie and Cameron were able to located me a vehicle and get it financed within 4 hours. All three of these men put into a lot of work to make this experience has calm as possible. I absolutely love the 2007 Mazda CX-7 I purchased. I have bumpy credit and was insecure about finding a good car for the amount that I was able to pay monthly. These men were able to get me below what I wanted to pay. This had to be one of the best car shopping trips I have been involved in. In the future I do hope to purchase my next car of Toyota of Bountiful and will recommend them to everyone for wonderful customer service. More
I had the best experience ever. We have been in multiple times to try and get rid of the cars we had and get new ones because we kept having problems.
