My overall experience with Toyota Bountiful was very positive. As this is the first vehicle I have purchased in over 11 years I was understandably curious as to how my experience would play out. All my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and I drove out of the dealership with almost the exact truck I was after. There are only two additional items that are currently on order. Once those arrive and are installed I will have the exact truck I was after. I gave high marks above because I have confidence they will not let me down when it comes time to have the additional parts installed. More
We recently purchased a new Toyota Sequoia and are extremely happy with Toyota Bountiful! Honestly, we weren't happy with our first sales person but Kirk Bengtzen turned around a potentially poor expe extremely happy with Toyota Bountiful! Honestly, we weren't happy with our first sales person but Kirk Bengtzen turned around a potentially poor experience. He personally answered all our questions and was very patient with our decision. He knew his information about he vehicle, responded (day or night), and provided the best price on the initial request. We live in Boise, ID and compared with dealerships across the Northwest. We literally talked with dealerships in greater Seattle, Spokane, WA, Portland, Salem, Ontario, OR, Pocatello, ID, Boise, and SLC, UT. In the end we came back to Toyota Bountiful who gave us everything we wanted when others would not. We are so happy with our Toyota Sequoia and can't say enough. You all are awesome and I will be back to buy from you on our next auto purchase. More
We had an excellent experience at Bountiful Toyota dealership! After submitting an inquiry about a lease for a Corolla online, we heard back from them the next morning and had an appointment that even dealership! We arrived and were greeted and helped right away (which believe me is not always the case at all dealers). They had a large selection of Corolla's to choose from which was nice. Once we had selected and test driven the vehicle we wanted, we came back inside to discuss terms. Anyone with children will appreciate this dealer because they have a wonderful children's room with a play area and a television viewing area. They also have free snacks (goldfish, candy, pretzels, popcorn) and free water & soda. We never even once had to listen to our kids saying "when are we leaving" and our kids are 8 and 10. In fact we had to get them out of the playroom so we could leave. There was no high pressure sales, but we were presented with all of our options and learned about everything that was included with our lease. Overall I would say anyone would be happy with this dealer and I highly recommend them! More

Called Cameron on the phone. Explained to him that I lived over 300 miles way and wanted to trade in my current lease and get two new vehicles. The catch was I didn't want to dirve up there and wanted them as cheap as possible. Guess what? Less then 24 hours later Cameron was at my door step with paper work and 2 new cars. I mean really what else could you ask for? Cameron is very knowledgeable about how the leases work and listens to what car you want. Didn't try to get me into a vehicle that I didn't want. All in all a perfect transaction. More

The sales team was head-and-shoulders above their competition. Clay Charlesworth went the extra mile to get me the exact car I wanted. Clay kept me informed of the process along the way and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of his personal effort. Way to go Clay! The price was great. The final financing was handled in a very professional manner by Scott Roper. Because of his informative, easy-going and very helpful approach I felt my wishes were understood completely, and respected. Thank you Scott for the best car buying experience I have ever had. To date I've purchased two vehicles (both 2012 Tacoma's) from Toyota Bountiful and those experiences were great however this recent one didn't go well at all. I had submitted a request through the website TrueCar.com to see the price of the new 2013 Toyota Tacoma out of pure curiosity. Toyota Bountiful must have received my information because not a day later I got a call from their internet department. I explained to the salesman that I only wanted to see the price of the new Tacoma. He proceeded to tell me that I should come and see what the sales manager could do on my trade as Tacoma's are excellent in holding their value. (a fact that all Toyota owners are acutely aware of) I finally agreed to come in to the dealership to see what they might be able to put together. I had a couple of days to mull over the details of what the dealership might do and I came to the conclusion that it wouldn't even be worth my time. I called to cancel my appointment and again I was told the same BS line that Tacoma's hold their value and it would be extremely beneficial to come in and see what the sales manager could do on my trade. I told the salesman that I had run a Kelly Blue Book report and gave him the value. He told me that no offers or promises could be made over the phone but that it would be in my best interest to come into the dealership since it was the end of the month and there were deals to be had. I agreed to come in with the promise that it would take 10 to 20 min to see exactly what they could do for me. When I arrived at the dealership it took about 15 min just to find to salesman. Next, he took down all the pertinent info and we went inside. He gave the sales manager all the info. About 15 min later he returned with the sales manager and told me he'd be attending to another client (in hind sight probably a better sales opportunity for him) and that the sales manager would be dealing directly with me. Anyhow, the sales manager came back after a short delay and gave me the figures. Everything he had on the paper was on par with the research I'd done. I have no problem with upper management at Toyota Bountiful, they have a business to run and do a really good job in comparison with other Toyota dealerships here in Utah. However, the individual salesmen need to understand that making one sale just to pad their numbers isn't worth losing a costumer that had nothing but good experiences with the dealership. After submitting this review the dealerships customer service department contacted me. They were extremely concerned about this situation. They asked if anything could be done to fix this situation. I was even offered a full tank of gas for my troubles. This detail is greatly appreciated and I can see that Toyota Bountiful indeed wants their customers to be completely satisfied. Even though I wasn't pleased by this situation I would definitely do business with them again. More
I needed a new work car and requested a quote from Bountiful Toyota. Jeff contacted me and was able to find a car that fit my needs and budget. The pricing was much better than I found anywhere else. The salesman worked with us and our needs to find what we needed in a price range that worked for us.
