We bought a used car from Toyota Bountiful about a month ago. A part on the automactic door went out. It was a part that the dealership replaced before they sold us the car. So we broght it in to be repaired. Long story short it is now repaired after some back and forth with some folks. It didn't start out good but by the end they have exeeded our expectations. Thank you especially Mike Kasparian for taking care of our problem personally and making my family and I very happy customers. I would recommend them in the future. More

I decided to drive to Bountiful to check out an advertisement of a new Tundra on KSl.com classifieds. I am very happy to say that I think Toyota Bountiful is operating the way all automobile dealerships should. I have already referred Tommy Terry to Adam Topham and his wife, both looking to purchase vehicles in the near future. I look forward to a continuing positive relationship with the Toyota Bountiful dealership. I have mentioned my experience to members of my church and others who ask me about my new truck. Good going! Our final experience at Bountiful Toyota was good, but it took a little work to get there. Francisco did well as a rep, but referred many questions to Cameron Pringle in sales management. In the end, Cameron made the deal work for us after another sales manager first let us walk out after saying he couldn't do the deal that had originally been offered (at a time that Cameron was not working). Nevertheless, Cameron stepped in the next day and honored the original agreement that had been discussed. Thanks to his efforts, our final buying experience went well. Overall the dealership treated us very well with only the one exception. I would buy there again if I was able to work with Cameron and Francisco. More

Russ' great personality and genuine interest in his customers, is a great reflection on the dealership. While it is obvious that Russ is a dedicated employee, he is also an amazing advocate for his customers. Both my wife and I work for large State agencies and associate with hundreds of co-workers. We will certainly direct all interested individuals to Bountiful Toyota and Russ in particular. We are confident that he will take care of our closest friends and associates. One of the greatest compliments that we can give Russ is that he doesn't act like he is doing his customers a favor. Fun and friendly! I picked Bountiful Toyota because it was Gephardt approved and now they are Fumiko approved! Russ was fantastic to work with. I didn't want to punch him like other dealer sales guys. Auggie helped wrap up some bits there at the end and was quite helpful. Jason got all the paperwork done and it was fun doing the "serious" signing process with him. Great group and I would do it all again. Check these folks out for your next purchase. I usually never write reviews, but the service here, especially by Cong (Auggie is his manager) at the dealership was so deplorable! He seemed nice enough at first, but rather than talking about the car especially by Cong (Auggie is his manager) at the dealership was so deplorable! He seemed nice enough at first, but rather than talking about the car I wanted to buy, kept talking about his baby on the way, and didn't seem very informative of my questions....that should have been my first worry. Anyways I unfortunately bought a car that didn't have ABS brakes from them, which I found out after leaving (Cong, of course did not inform me of this) the dealership was nice enough to let me bring back the car the next day and get something else. Yet, my story of problems with this dealership and Cong does not end... Cong promised me a spare tire with this car (it did not have one in the trunk and is a used car), and 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting. He won't get back to me and I feel like he is not being honest and is jerking me around. As a healthcare professional, I value honesty and professionalism, and have found the professionalism and honesty of this dealership lacking. I do not plan to ever go back there for future business, and definitely when friends, family, or even patients are looking to buy a new car, I would never recommend this place! A few days after writing this review, I now have my tire and feel like the management at Toyota Bountiful have treated me excellently. After writing this review, Matt from the management at Toyota Bountiful contacted me and honestly, he has been great to work with! I now have the tire that was promised me and the service from Matt was exceptional. I would now consider going back to this dealership to buy a car, but would not want to work with Cong again. Everyone else besides him that I came into contact with at the dealership was honest, upfront, and delivered on their promises. More
I started working with Russ about a month ago and ended up purchasing my 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport on September 28, 2012. I had explained to Russ that I was a huge Toyota fan - owned many and have put nea up purchasing my 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport on September 28, 2012. I had explained to Russ that I was a huge Toyota fan - owned many and have put nearly 300,000 miles on every one I have owned. I currently have a 1997 Toyota Corolla (183,000) purchased from Menlove Toyota so I was determined to work with Toyota of Bountiful. I had a 2002 PT Cruiser to trade in. I explained to Russ that I had some challenging circumstances - 1. I live 4 hours away and 2. I work for the Forest Service/Firefighters and it has been such a busy fire year that I did not know when I could get to the dealership. Russ helped me look at different options and was very patient and professional. I finally decided on a Nautical Blue, Corolla S, Sunroof and 5-speed. He found exactly what I wanted and had it at the dealership ready to go on the day that I could be there. It was just perfect because I could not make more than one trip. He had given me a price he thought he could offer on the PT Cruiser and he stuck with that offer when I arrived. Russ is an excellent salesman and was very honest and up front. I then worked with Kelsey Jeppson on the finance end and she was equally helpful and professional. I also met Anthony Randall and have an appointment for my Polysteel coating next week. Everyone at the dealership was great! It is clear that you employ people who take pride in their work and who possess great integrity. I couldn't be happier! More
