Before I even arrived at Boutiful, I spoke to Robert Terry on the phone because I found a car that I liked on the internet. Menlove/Bountiful Toyota has come through every time, providing the utmost in customer care. This most recent experience was no exception. From the first phone call, Auggie was pleasant, informative, detailed and took the time to clarify my needs. In the dozen phone calls that followed, Auggie was patient, understanding and went out of his way to accommodate my special requests. Mr. Wasmund was also very precise and careful when explaining purchase price, sales tax and options for accessories. I never felt like he was changing prices or trying to "slip in" extra's. Very firm, fair and to the point. In my estimation and experience, Auggie possesses the skills, character and judgment that make him a genuine leader within your organization. I left feeling like Auggie was was not only a great sales person, but an advocate as well. I usually don't write reviews for the places I shop but Toyota Bountiful and it's staff went above and beyond what is normal for my wife and me. We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and saw one o Toyota Bountiful and it's staff went above and beyond what is normal for my wife and me. We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and saw one online at this dealer. We called and talked to Auggie who was very excited to show us the Jeep and were excited to see it after a few misses at other dealerships. Both Auggie and we were disappointed when we pulled up because the car had been hit at some point and had a dent on the side and in front. It was also not clean inside and it just wasn't what we were looking for. We said our goodbyes and told them to call us if they happened to get anything else in. A couple hours later we got a call from Auggie who brought us back in to look at another Jeep Grand Cherokee. We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it. Auggie told us that just a few minutes after we left, they got a truck in from California with a bunch of cars on it and as soon as he saw this one, he thought of us. It was great to know that he was willing to work hard for our business. We went inside after the test drive to talk price and financing and we tried to come to an agreement. It was just a bit out of our price range but they were working very hard to make it affordable for us. We ended up just taking the information and leaving to think about it. It was over MLK Jr. Weekend so we were stressing the whole time, hoping it hadn't been sold. We went back on the Monday and decided to take what they offered and buy the car. Throughout the entire experience, everyone at the dealership who we worked with remembered our names and wanted to help. We were greeted at the door and offered snacks, etc. It was truly great customer service. They were up front about every step of the process and didn't try to hide anything. We really felt comfortable purchasing from them and will definitely be returning in the future. More

I came in looking for a Used Toyota Camry. They were able to hook me up with a good Camry for a fair price. I Don't think the price was spectacular, but it was ok. I shopped dozens of dealers for about 3 weeks and ended up buying here due to the quality of the vehicle and the service was not the typical "used car salesman" type I am used to finding at a lot the the used car dealerships.
