I am very unhappy at the service I was given, so they are given one star for being open. Their service department told me they had run all the tests and the battery was good, recharged it, put it in writing given one star for being open. I had to drive home to Gilbert, Arizona, so I bought a recharge power pack at Costco. Every time I had to turn off the car on my way home to get gas, I had to restart it with the power pack. After getting home, I took the car into the dealership by my home where I bought it a month before, and they tested the battery and it was bad. There was also a recall on he DC Module that has been killing batteries across the nation. Under warranty they replaced the battery and the module for free and sent me home within an hour. The Bountiful service department is so inept they can’t even identify a bad battery, or find recall issues with vehicles Terrible! Terrible! Because of them, I was scared that the power pack would not work and we would be left stranded somewhere in the desert between Bountiful, Utah and Gilbert, Arizona. Not happy at all. And here I was driving a $50,000 RAV4 we had just bought new the month before. More

I have been going to this place for all maintenance for two cars for 4+ years. I will never return after the last three terrible experiences. Every person I have worked with here has been incompetent or li two cars for 4+ years. I will never return after the last three terrible experiences. Every person I have worked with here has been incompetent or lied. 1) don't trust the time they give you no matter what is promised 2) the service videos aren't helpful because you can't understand or hear anything 3) check the invoice because they will be wrong 4) plan on coming in multiple times to get something simple like oil changed and waiting a horrendous amount of time 5) the people there will say anything to get your service even if it isn't true 6) don't trust the alignment system as it will be red one day and green the next I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I made an appointment with the promise of it being an hour and 15 minutes to get an oil change and it costing $68. So I take my car in (they tell me their alignment machine says my car is out of alignment, but I don't have time to get that serviced) and wait. After an hour I go to check on my car and it still hasn't been worked on and is still in line behind three cars. They said it will be at least another hour so I ask to get my car and leave as I had somewhere to be. I call the service department to reschedule and they promise it will be an hour and 15 minutes, no problem, especially if I am one of the first appointments (7:25). They even make a note on my account due to my first bad experience. So I wake up early to get to my appointment early. I arrive and surprise my alignment is fine. 30 minutes in I go to check on my car and it is still waiting to be worked on. So I find someone to find out what is going on. They said they will go check on it and let me know because I had to be somewhere at 9. The service member comes to let me know they have taken the car back and it will be done forsure by 8:40. At 8:40 I receive an invoice for $77. The service member assures me that the $15 coupon I was mailed is included in the price. I question the cost because of the quote I received earlier and she informs me oil has increased. I pay the invoice and sign the papers and they tell me to wait outside as my car will be out there any second. I go to wait and 10 minutes later no car. Now it is 8:50 and I will surely be late. I go back in and they act as if I am crazy asking where my car is and it will be out soon. While waiting I receive the service video and I can't understand anything the person is saying and it is no more than 5 seconds long....worthless info! Finally at 8:55 my car arrives. Now I am looking at the invoice and it seems instead of taking off $15 they added $12. I don't understand how so many people can be incompetent, but I know I will never return to this place. More
I took my car for service on a Saturday from out of the state but I didn’t make an appointment. They didn’t have all appointments filled that day so they helped me and serviced my car, and fixed a recall o state but I didn’t make an appointment. The service was great and they got my car in and out when they said they would. They were very helpful in explaining the service and when to come in again.
