My wife and I stopped at Toyota Bountiful because we had done a lot of research on the Toyota Prius. When we got there, Keri was the first to approach us. I think she was on her way to do something else, but took the time to help us out. We had a lot of questions and Keri was able to answer them all. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful and made us feel like her top priority. We explained that we were not in a position to purchase the vehicle, but wanted to get a better feel for the price we'd be paying as well as a feel for the vehicle itself. Keri was understanding of this and we felt no pressure to jump into a purchase before we were ready. Several months passed and we were gearing up to make our purchase. We had such a pleasant experience with Keri, that we didn't hesitate to get back in touch with her to discuss our options. Keri fought for us the whole way. After spending six hours at a dealership we decided to stop by Toyota Bountiful on our way home. The whole process was really fast we were at the dealership for less than two hours. Our finance manager was Matt Bruun he did a great job getting us financed given our past credit history.
