Performance Toyota Bountiful

I recently used Toyota of Bountiful for service on my Toyota Sequoia. When I pulled into the service bay I was immediately greeted by Dan. He was polite and very professional. Complimentary beverages and even a sound proof room for kids to play in. Not every dealership is perfect and I had a very small issue with my last visit here. I was contacted by John Maher the service manager and I discussed the issue at hand. He went above and beyond the call of duty and made me feel like a valued customer. I believe customer service is the most important part of any business. Toyota of Bountiful is a great example of making sure their customers are completely satisfied. More

In November of 2010 I had a windsheild installed when it was Menlove. The windshield has some problems with gaskets, etc. I spoke with John Maher the Service Manager and explained my concern. He promptly investigated the issue and made arrangements to replace the windshield at my residence. The company performing the work was Premier Auto Glass. The owner Mike and his employee Matt Gough were great to work with. Both were considerate and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the way I was treated. I would recommend Toyota Bountiful and Premier Auto Glass to anyone. More

negotiated a price over the phone for a new car. gave me the lowest price in the provo-ogden area, very straight forward, and gave me a $500 gas card with it. I will say that I wish the purchase process was a bit shorter, but i'm sure it's longer for most places. Also, with the gas card, it takes about a month, and be sure to follow up. Toyota Bountiful wants you to have it, but the card company they work with is a little weird, but they'll get it done. More

Auggie did it all. His boss's also backed him up. We agreed to a price, yet the sticker was higher when the car came on the lot. So the dealer stuck with the original price. Really helped since we live about 300 miles from the dealership. Even got the vehicle to us!!! This is the third new vehicle I have bought using the internet and getting them froma distance. Prior I used the dealerships in Denver metro area, now I will look west to Bountiful Toyota. More

Mr. Kraemer did a great job with locating a vehicle in their inventory with the information that I provided at 1st. Then once I arrived at the lot for my scheduled visit Mr. Arvay was very supportive and located Grant Pope to assist me with the Camry selection that I was looking for. Mr. Pope was an excellent choice for locating exactly what I was looking for in a Camry & I actually was able to find a color that I liked better than what had originally chosen. Grant was then extremely informative with any questions pertaining to the vehicle. He & the finance team did a great job determining monthly payments, pay off assistance and all initial paperwork and loan approval. They were able to answer all questions pertaining to any incentives and all other questions that I had. When I went to complete the final paper work related to my choice of Camry. Mr. Nordsven did an excellent job explaining all details related to my purchase. Once the paperwork was completed Grant Pope assisted with the transfer of all my personal belongings from my trade-in to the new car and completed the final walk thru of the options that were on my new car and he taught me how to set up the Blue Tooth option on the car. I would strongly suggest anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle to go to Toyota Bountiful because of the experiences I have listed above.
