I gave Toyota Bountiful a perfect rating, because they were excellent when it came to every aspect of our purchase. Keri was excellent at making us feel welcome, she was very friendly, she knew a lot ab were excellent when it came to every aspect of our purchase. Bountiful Toyota has a beautiful show room and a really fun play area if you bring along your kids. We found an excellent deal through autotrader.com on our new car (that's how we found Bountiful Toyota). Our overall experience couldn't have been better! More

When you buy a used car you are buying an unknown item, you don't know it's history, perphaps if dealerships inspected these cars and made the reports available the experience would not be so scary. I will admit that it is the buyers responibility to check every thing he can. To their credit they did as much as was their duty to do and even put new tires on the car for me. For this I am grateful. I am also grateful for the quick responses of the dealership to this concerns and thier eagerness to set right certain issues that were discovered! More

The website was easy to navigate. I worked with Jeff Christison in internet sales. He was prompt with responses to my questions over email. There has been a complete change (positive, professional) from the previous dealer's commitment to customer service. I highly recommend the new dealership. We knew we needed a new car for our daugther who started taking some collage classes,we stop at Toyota Bountiful for the good experience on the past 2 vehicules purchase from them.Voa Khuel meet us at the door with that great smile and he listened to our needs and understand our budget.He help us find the best deal and the best vehicule and also was very patient and super nice with our little ones.Scott found the best fianancing and he took all the time to answer every little question.He helped us understand every single pennie charge and offered all the possible benefits.He also respected every decision we made.No like some other dealers were you feel FORCED to buy all they offer. I went in after seeing the SUV I wanted on-line. I called ahead and John had the Durango warmed-up and waiting. I didn't have to ask about a freeway test drive as he suggested one. There was also no problem with them taking a trade-in for a used car sale. They offered a fair value for my trade as well. The only negative thing was being told by John and the manager that I would get a $500 gas card with purchase only to be told "Sorry, this car doesn't qualify". No big deal since I didn't know about it in the first place. More

I wanted into the dealership and was automatically welcomed. The dealership although going renovation was clean and inviting. The child's play area is a life saver. We had the best experience in going to this dealership to purchase new vehicles. My wife had a horrible experience at Tony Devino in Riverdale and we will never go back there. I called up Toyota Bountiful an purchase new vehicles. My wife had a horrible experience at Tony Devino in Riverdale and we will never go back there. I called up Toyota Bountiful and spoke to Grant who was able to take care of everything over the phone throughout the day. All we had to do was show up after I got off of work with our trade in and sign the documents. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! We purchased two new vehicles and got excellent pricing on them. They went above and beyond in their job, even to the point that Grant programmed my wife's new vehicle from the presets she had in her old vehicle that we traded in. If I could recommend any dealership to work with then this would be it! We will be going back there in three years when our leases are up on our new vehicles!!! More
