I had some service done recently at Toyota Bountiful for my Rav4. I had Shay help me. After that she recommended some services and I agreed on some of those services. Very costly, but I guess I needed th my Rav4. I had Shay help me. After that she recommended some services and I agreed on some of those services. Very costly, but I guess I needed them. She recommended a shuttle because the work could take up to 3-4 hours. Maybe longer. She then signed me up for a shuttle. A skinny blond man in his 50's had called out "Shuttle" loud. There was like 4 people in the waiting lounge. I thought they were going to call my name out. So I told him my name and he said "Farmington?" I said yes. We walk out to the shuttle van. As we ride, he was asking questions and questions. I am having work done to my vehicle which is going to be costly. My mind was coming up with more than $300. He was being annoying asking questions like if I had to respond to him. When he asked a few questions I quietly ignored his questions a couple of times. When we arrived, it looked like he was wanting a tip. He had been pointing/signaling to the cup saying "only if you want to, you don't have to" I had said I don't have any small dollar bill except a $50 and a couple of $20. He had said I'll take that (joking around) My service with the advisor was good in letting me know what I need for my vehicle, although it was alittle costly and don't recommend the shuttle man to take you home. More

The dealership is good as far as dealerships go. However, THEY called me about recall on the front passenger airbag and said it needed to be worked on. They were nice enough to pick up my car and de However, THEY called me about recall on the front passenger airbag and said it needed to be worked on. They were nice enough to pick up my car and deliver it later since they planned on having it for 4 to 6 hours, except there was not a recall after all. When they got to working on it they called me and told me there was no recall and wondered why my car was there. That was a waste of their time and my gas, which at $4 a gallon and a 35 mi round trip cost me over $5. I don't have $5 to throw away these days. I am a widowed senior on fixed income! More
