Great Dealership with Great Service I went into Performance Toyota the other day to shop for a new car. I had already been to a couple of other dealerships but hadn't found the right ca I went into Performance Toyota the other day to shop for a new car. I had already been to a couple of other dealerships but hadn't found the right car, or better yet I couldn't find a salesman that would help me enough to find the right car. When I came into the dealership I was greeted by Zach Baver. We talked for a little and he asked me a couple of questions and proceeded to show me a couple of different options. He let me test drive a couple of different cars until we finally found the one for me. I have bought a new car in the past and it took the salesman what felt like forever to finish the paperwork and deal with the finances. I was pleasantly surprised when Zach got me out of there in just a little while. I would for sure recommend this dealership to others. I know who I will go to for my kids first car next year! More

Best Car Purchase Experience Ever. We were greeted by Sales people as soon as we walked in the door. Very friendly but not pushy people. Our salesmen was polite and listened to what we had to say about what we were looking for. He worked with us to determined wether a lease or a purchase was the best thing for us at this time. We had a trade in as well and he took care of everything for us. There was no pressure and he always layer back and let my husband and I discuss things without him hovering over us. While we waited for offers and information our salesmen made sure we knew where the bottled water and snacks were at. He worked with us on the price till we were satisfied with the trade in and the leasing price. This experience leaves me feeling that I will definitely be back ad will recommend this dealership and our salesmen to people I work with, neighbors and anyone who comments on my vehicle. I have never been more satisfied with a dealership experience like I was with this experience. More

Over and Above Once I started looking for new cars I moved pretty fast on making my final decision. After visiting several dealerships I wasn't 100% sold on any vehicle. Until I got to Performance Toyota and worked with Zach Baver that is! Zach took the time to really show off the features of the car and capture my enthusiasm for the vehicle I liked. The only problem was they didn't have the exact car in stock that I wanted. I'm a pretty tech savvy person, so after I left the dealership I continued hunting online for the car I really wanted. Late that evening I finally found it, but it was at another dealership about an hour away. I'd really enjoyed working with Zach and wanted him to have the first chance to sell me a car, so I texted him the details of what I'd found. Even though it was way after hours, Zach still replied and we began the process of discussing the new car. He even contacted his manager and asked about having the car transferred to their dealership so he could sell it. The next day Zach went personally to the other dealership and arranged the swap. Later that day I was driving away in my brand new car, the exact one I wanted! Thanks Zach Baver for such a great experience and going over and above to make the sale! More
