My wife and I were pleased with customer service and friendliness but the whole purchase process seemed to take too long. We had an appointment at 11:00 and had to leave to eat lunch at 3:00 and finall friendliness but the whole purchase process seemed to take too long. We were also not sure we really got the best deal on the new car we bought. We do not buy cars often so we do not know how to barter prices. Our salesman is newer and he did a good job we hoped. We truly enjoyed the sales process at Performance Toyota. Mainly due to our salesmen Joe Mckinney. Performance is not the closest dealership to our home, but we gave it shot after trying many other dealers Mainly due to our salesmen Joe Mckinney. We singled it down to two cars. The Sentra and Corolla. To be honest we like the body style of the Sentra a little better but their sales staff at Nissan was so inconsiderate we could not even open a reasonable dialog regarding price. The first Toyota dealer we visited was very rigid on paying sticker price which pushed us over to Performance. Out of all those dealers and salesmen we worked with, Joe M. was the first one that we felt 100% comfortable with. He came across as a person first and salesmen second. He was very courteous with my family. We walked us over to the waiting room personally just to show my wife how to use their coffee maker. When we had to talk numbers with Joe it did not feel "gimmicky" or overly pressured. His management only got involved when necessary and kept the conversation focus on point. Other dealers sometimes try to use the "gang tackle" approach. It was refreshing only to hear sales talk from one person instead of multiple people. Even after the purchase was over near the end of the night Joe M. was excited for us and pointing out all the bells and whistles of our new Corolla as we got it. Joe M. made buying a new car fun again and we will definitely refer friends and family to him at Performance. More

A universal negative associated with many dealerships is the salesmen. They tend to be pushy, annoying, and above all ignore the clues of the type of experience their customers are hoping for. A car is a huge investment and the salesmen need to respect their customers and guide them through the process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This was the first car I've ever bought, and they walked me through every step of the way. I was there for 6 hours, but it was well worth it and the salesman (Joe) and the manager stayed with me an hour and a half after the dealership closed to make sure all the paperwork was done and I could drive the car off the lot the same day, which I did. I'm very pleased overall with the dealership and the car, and would highly recommend Performance Toyota who is anywhere close to the Fairfield/Cincinnati area. More
