I was caught buying a new car in a state I don't live in when my old car broke down. Olivia was terrific and basically the reason that we bought from Performance Toyota and not Kings Toyota which is near us. Also the internet reviews spoke very highly about Performance Toyota's custome bought from Performance Toyota and not Kings Toyota which is near us. Also the internet reviews spoke very highly about Performance Toyota's customer service and we found that to be true! Our only disappointment was with the finance dept. We were buying on the 0% 60 month promo and all the details had been worked out ahead, so it should have been a quick easy transaction but actually took more than two hours. Since my husband had taken time during lunch to sign the paperwork, we were very disappointed that the paperwork was not ready to be signed. We knew ahead what our money limit for an extended warranty was, but there was a bit of pressure to buy one anyway. We bought a Toyota because of our great experience with our last Toyota! It had nearly 200,000 miles and was still very dependable transportation. We didn't really think an extended warranty was necessary. It was a shame to have such an efficient process of buying a new car end as it did. The gentleman that helped us in finance was very polite and kind (which we appreciated), but the signing of the papers should have been much more efficient. The internet group couldn't be better!!! A special thank you to Olivia who made buying a new car a pleasant experience. She was very easy to reach and followed through on everything she said. Everything was explained well and handled in a smooth and organized way. We are very grateful! We would definitely recommend Performance Toyota to others. (We already have!) Both my husband and I are from very large families that all live in the Cincinnati area. We will continue to spread the word! I do feel that Finance should realize that they are the last people the customer works with before leaving, and they should be sensitive to the time it takes to finalize the deal. More
