Being in a tight spot, needing a bigger vehicle, but not really able to increase our monthly payments, I showed up thinking there was not much we could do. We got a great vehicle for a great price and Matt made sure we had plenty of warranties/coverage while still staying within our price range. We were also thrilled with the amount we got for our trade in. All in all, I had a really great experience shopping. Jason was also great to work with, thoroughly explaining all the forms and types of warranties, but also being quick with the paperwork, but remaining personable. The team at Performance Toyota was friendly and wonderful and I definitely plan on referring them anytime I hear someone needing to buy a car. More

After hearing of Prius values going up, I decided to get an offer on my 2010 Prius. I emailed the internet team and Mary promptly replied and followed up. Of the 3 local Toyota dealers (Joseph, Kings, Performance, I got the best offer from Performance. Since I had 4 vehicles, I really didn't need another vehicle, but decided to look on the lot. Bud Erdman met us there and showed us around. It was a great experience. After weighing the options and seeing the rare benefit of no sales tax on purchasing a new Corolla, we decided to do so. Val Frech was most helpful in that department and was very conscientious and helpful. Overall, I love the Corolla and the experience I had with the Prius. Thanks Performane Toyota! More

The internet team quickly responded to my questions, and made many contacts with me to follow through on things. When my husband and I went to the dealership, Valerie quickly responded, gathered the items made many contacts with me to follow through on things. When my husband and I went to the dealership, Valerie quickly responded, gathered the items so that we could test drive the car. We didn't like the initial car interior color and she looked at new stock that had come in on her day off and found exactly what we were looking for. She worked with us on the trade in value of our 2009 Honda Accord and was very helpful with the price negotiation. She thoroughly explained the workings of the car, went over the dealership extras, and invited us to a future appreciation party. Jason Morgan was great at explaining the contract and the various items that could be added. The manager met us before we departed and also invited us to the party and to make sure that we knew that if there was any problem at all that he should be contacted immediately. Performance Toyota should be pleased with the way that it was represented by these nice young people; they were helpful and it was the most pleasant experience we've had in purchasing a car. I had a pleasant, stress/pressure free experience from the moment I walked into the dealership until I drove my new car off the lot. The employees at Performance were very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. They were also very genuine/down-to-earth, honest, and exceptionally friendly. At no point did I feel that I was being pressured (these are not your stereotypical 'car salespeople" lol). I felt confident that we were given the very best deal possible - and I'm VERY happy with the vehicle that we purchased (2011 RAV4 4WD).
