Olivia was very attentive to what we wanted and the pric range we were looking for. She explained they only had a few Sienna's they were allowed to sell. We had our granddaughter with us and she was tired of looking at vans. We called Olivia the next morning and she had gas in the van and told us to take it for a test drive, there was enough gas in it for 75 miles. She explained the interior again so we knew where everything was. We took the van on the highway and up some hills to see how it drove. When we returned she asked how we liked it and if we had any questions. They were very timely in taking care of all the paperwork and found us an iterest rate of 1.99%. I looked on Performance Toyota's website and saw a Camry that had just been listed. I called the dealership and talked to Jason Levy about the car. After checking out a few Camry's at some other dealerships, I went in to talk to Jason and check out the car. Jason and the other staff there at the dealership were extremely nice, easy to deal with, and very professional. I absolutely HATE shopping for a car with all of the 'scams' and other dealings that occur. There was none of that here. After deciding I was going to buy the Camry, the sales process went smoothly. They didn't hassle me or try to pressure me excessively into buying unneeded options or warranties. I'm so happy with the price that I paid for this Camry and the staff, that I would wholeheartedly recommend them and Jason to all my friends and family. This dealership is by far the best in the Cincinnati area. Nobody can come remotely close to them on service, quality of their work, friendliness and their prices are below other dealerships in our are area. We recently found ourselves needing another vehicle right away when our '99 Toyota Tacoma fell victim to the Toyota Buyback Program for frame rust. They worked with us tirelessly trying to find exactly what we wanted to replace it with even going so far as to go to auctions to specifically look for what we wanted. Everyone is so friendly and they really go the extra mile to make you feel special and important. You never feel like you're getting swindled or like you are dealing with stereotypical car salesmen. We were in a hurry to find a replacement vehicle and thought we might be better off looking at other dealerships too. After going to one other dealership in Ohio (who I have rated extremely poorly) and seeing how aweful we were treated and how little they knew about their vehicles we immediately went back to Performance and vowed to stay with them no matter how long it took to find what we wanted. Their service department is phenominal and no matter what we have done, even if it's just an oil change, they always wash our car/truck for free before we get it back. We have been loyal customers since 1998 and without a doubt we won't go anywhere else to buy or service our vehicles. More
