I edited my original post because in the last 7 months Performance has really stepped up their service and has completely changed my mind in regards to their service department. Since service manager Chris has gotten involved with my service everything has been great. All problems addressed with the vehicle and all issues I have had have been addressed with Volvo corporate to my satisfaction. More
