The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia.
The service department should be demolished and replaced with a new staff. I would put Dodge up there with AOL and Sprint for have the worst customer service. Painfully slow with just enough attitude from the staff to piss you off
I have been going to DCH since they were Norm Reeves. I have bought many cars and have always been satisfied. I went to Perris Valley Dodge because they had a vehicle that I wanted. I called down to make sure that the Ram Truck that I wanted was still their. Somehow I was transferred to the Service Department and this was going to be my first impression, they cant even get me to the correct person. Andy Arcifa answered and he was great!!!! Yes the Service Manager helped me and made sure the truck was still their and had what I wanted on it. Andy asked me to come down and meet him and he would introduce me to the Mike Syrett who was the Sales manager. This is where is got strange, I offered a price and Mike said YES! with that the deal was done. I have never and I mean NEVER have had an experience like this. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! I will never go any where else when purchasing a vehicle. I have my first appointment in service coming up and Andy has already called me and confirmed. Perris Valley has really changed, and I now can use my local dealer for service.
