​I am extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership, particularly my interactions with Olivia. Despite my long-standing loyalty as a customer, I have experienced a complete breach of at this dealership, particularly my interactions with Olivia. Despite my long-standing loyalty as a customer, I have experienced a complete breach of trust, safety, and professional standards. ​My vehicle required complete brake and rotor replacements twice before even reaching 28,000 miles. Shortly after, the car suffered a major malfunction that left me stranded on the side of the road. Rather than following proper diagnostic protocols for a recurring safety issue, the department dismissed the situation as a "glitch," refused accountability, and spoke to me in a condescending, patronizing manner. ​Equally concerning are the operational practices within this department. I discovered unauthorized signature completions on my service paperwork, along with a total lack of communication and updates throughout critical repair processes. At no point was my safety prioritized. ​Due to these serious safety concerns, unethical documentation practices, and unprofessional treatment, I will never return to this location and am escalating this matter legally. Management needs to thoroughly audit this service department's protocols and retrain their staff on basic diagnostic standards, integrity, and customer respect. More

I was very happy that it was with Victor that I would be giving my business to, as he truly was the most upfront and honest about the available programs, cost etc. While I generally HATE (and I do mean despise) the car buying process, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly things went with Victor. It's also worth noting that when I got to financing, there were zero attempts to pressure me into any add-ons. They were presented, and when declined, that was the end of it.
