We were returning customers and this visit was just as convenient and memorable as the first one. We went in originally looking for a Kia Niro. The service department took my appointment right away was on time when I first arrive. It was almost exact the amount of time it took to do the oil change and service on my car. The service and parts department is fantastic always very helpful and nice! Angel has helped me the last few appointments and has been wonderful! I have been a customer at Perris Valley Kia since April 2010. The service there used to be quick and friendly. Something changed 2 or so years ago. The service department always seems to find something cat 2010. The service there used to be quick and friendly. Something changed 2 or so years ago. The service department always seems to find something catastrophically wrong every time I bring a car in. They always say the car will be x-thousand dollars to repair so you should buy a new one. I have twice taken my car to another kia dealership and they did not find the same problem. TWICE. This is a pattern. I no longer trust the dealership. I have driven 3 Kias. We currently own two and I will be in the market for a new car in the next 6 months. I will not be going to Perris Valley Kia. I may not buy a Kia based on my experiences there. More
