I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my vehicle to Perris Valley Kia for some warranty repairs, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst service experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of professionalism that left me astounded. First and foremost, when I inquired about getting a loaner vehicle – something that is typically standard practice at most dealerships when repairs are covered under warranty – I was met with resistance and refusal. The service staff acted as if this was an unreasonable request, despite my car being in for warranty work. It's infuriating to be treated like a burden for simply needing a reliable alternative while my car was being serviced. The communication was appalling. I received no updates on the status of my vehicle, and when I tried to follow up, I was met with dismissive attitudes and excuses. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it was clear that customer service is not a priority for them. After waiting an unnecessarily long time (a month), I finally got my car back, but I had lost all confidence in their workmanship. I can't help but feel that they are more interested in making a quick buck than genuinely helping their customers. I will NEVER take my car to Perris Valley Kia again, and I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice. Save yourself the headache and seek a service department that genuinely values its customers. There are plenty of better options out there, and they deserve your time and hard-earned money far more than Perris Valley Kia does! More

Joshua was super nice and honest man. I bought my car over the phone with him. I started the transaction about 10am and by that evening I had my car!!! We've purchased several cars here over the years and were treated well. We just had our current Kia serviced yesterday. Everyone in the service department was pleasant. CONSUMER BEWARE! ! LIARS AND CHEATS!!! Took my Kia here for repairs/recalls and they tried to say that there was so many things wrong with it for a total of >$7,000!! ! LIARS AND CHEATS!!! Took my Kia here for repairs/recalls and they tried to say that there was so many things wrong with it for a total of >$7,000!! Included in the list was 2 things that I just did so I know it was a scam because they didn’t even look, they just added it to the list. I had them fix 2 recalls and then took my car somewhere else. They told me it would be no charge but then turned around and charged me $200!!!! They are also so hard to get a hold of when you call. The other place I took it to said that all that stuff they said was NOT wrong with it and was able to fix it for only $1,000. WHAT A SCAM this Kia dealership is pulling!!! Either they are scamming for money on repairs or scamming to get you to trade it in, or probably both! Either way it is horrible!!! I will NEVER bring my car here EVER again!! More
