first service for this dealership I purchased my 2014 Ford Focus at this dealership and was treated kindly and process of buying car was stressfree and now after putting on 5000 miles I purchased my 2014 Ford Focus at this dealership and was treated kindly and process of buying car was stressfree and now after putting on 5000 miles my car was due for its first service and oil change, had trouble at first trying to do my service online which was troubling so called to get setup but it seems this is a busy place where you cant get a person to answer phone which is not a way to win over customers, but that being said had my salesperson set up my appointment which went through fast and had my date so came in to wait for service and was told an hour to get done so waited and true to advisors time frame car was ready in the time promised, I bought several vehicles from the old Ford dealership Mel Clayton but that dealership was up the street in a way bigger place and I don't know why they moved to present location? this new location is too small and everything is tight and cramped from the showroom which really is office space for salespeople and it seems that no one thought about customer lobby which is an after thought everything is so jammed up and I worry about cars being scratched or dented while service is being done. I have to say that its not a user friendly place and really the only reason I bought locally was to eliminate drive to ventura or Oxnard for service but will rethink this whole service issue now. overall the the friendliness of service and sales departments are A+, but I have to give D for facilities not being user friendly for customers waiting for service due to little or no room in so called waiting area. More

Took awhile but they did it! The Starter broke...they examined the entire car and found many things that needed fixing. The wanted to be sure that the car would be safe to drive, so they had it from Tuesday to the following Monday. They paid for a rental car for me. Jeff cut the labor cost in half for the balance problem. He really felt badly about the time it took, but I appreciated his concern about safety. In addition I did not feel he was taking advantage of me. More

I visited for brake/rotor service, tire rotation and oil change. I opted to align my vehicle although previous alignments at other service centers couldn't as they had a tough time with my custom wheels and change. I did this after being educated on the fact that this store employed a brand new alignment machine featuring the latest in technology for doing such work. I live over 200 miles away from where I serviced the vehicle as I was vacationing in the area. Needless to say, I am completely satisfied with the service and workmanship conducted on our Ford Expedition. I had a nice long drive to feel my vehicle out on the way home. It ran smoothly and the alignment is like new. I highly recommend seeing Dan and his crew for you service or vehicle repair needs. More
