Service dept. is very deceptive. Quotes given aren’t accurate, not even close. Picked up car and it was 3x the quote. Service manager got mad at me for questioning is very deceptive. I have purchased two Ford trucks from Perry Ford, a 2020 F-250 Lariat 6.7 and a 2025 Ford F-350 Platinum 6.7 Hi-Output. I called Brian Smith and talked to him about the 2025 Platinum and a couple days lat F-250 Lariat 6.7 and a 2025 Ford F-350 Platinum 6.7 Hi-Output. I called Brian Smith and talked to him about the 2025 Platinum and a couple days later I was driving it home. Brian sold me the 2020 too! It was a very pleasant experience both times. I want to thank Omar showing me everything in the new truck and filling out paperwork, and Isaiah for making the final signing go by in a flash! More

Don't trust them! they are dishonest! Brought my car to be painted, and had to bring it back in again as they missed a spot. Then it cost me $275 for a rental from Her they are dishonest! Mike barnes was my dealer , when i walked in he was very nice and helpful . i bought a used car , it had a cracked windshield and i was told nothing else was wrong and in a couple of days it would be replac nice and helpful . i bought a used car , it had a cracked windshield and i was told nothing else was wrong and in a couple of days it would be replaced, after 2 weeks it was still the same , so when i took the half the deposit i told him i would pay for the windshield and give the leftover money , 2 days later it was replaced . i told him their was several small stuff wrong with the car , the day i took the car one of the break light was not working so i fixed it , 2 of the inside lights were out and the license plate one , the switch for the window was broken , the windshield fluid hose was broke , one of the alarm remote did not work , and i did not get the key to remove the rim . when i dropped off the last of the deposit i was told he would make a appointment with the parts to get it fixed , 2 months latter still no call . i will never go again . Cassidy was the first salesman i met there. He was the nicest guy. Very careful and patient and not pushy. I got a 4 year old car in nearly perfect condition. This dealership is the ONLY Ford dealer in the country to add a $3,000 mark up on all of their F-150 trucks, when things opened up after the pandemic. Now that all of the other dealerships are out of invent add a $3,000 mark up on all of their F-150 trucks, when things opened up after the pandemic. Now that all of the other dealerships are out of inventory, because of the shortage, they think that people will now be desperate enough to pay the extra money. Not only that, after hours of asking about using my employee discount, they finally told me that they are not honoring any discounts because....they don't have to. I also filed a complaint with Ford Customer Service. They were dismayed that one of their agents was engaging in "price-gouging" as they put it, however, since all dealerships are independently owned, there was nothing that they could do about it. More
