Perry Motors - Service Center

I have been a customer of Perry Motors since the late 1960's when you were on North Main St. and this is the first time I've had something to complain about! There was a total lack of communication from the Service Dept on this visit. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment, Friday 9/1/23. I had AAA tow the truck on Thursday afternoon so it would be there early. Friday, I waited for a call that it was ready. At 4:00 I called to find out what was happening. The operator could not locate my “Service Advisor”, she checked and found the order was still open and she would have him call me. I have yet to receive that call! With a Friday appointment why wasn't it looked at till Tuesday? I know that the shop is closed on Sat. and Sun. and that Monday was a holiday, no problem. Early Tuesday afternoon I was in town so I stopped by to see what was going on, “my” advisor was not in and one of the other advisors told me that it was finished but they wanted to keep it overnight to check on it. Finally on Wednesday morning I got the call to pick it up! Please COMMUNICATE when something out of the ordinary occurs!!! More

We purchased a Rav-4 Prime from our home 350 miles away. This required completing the documents remotely and coordinating the pickup weeks after we "bought" the car.
