We purchased a Rav-4 Prime from our home 350 miles away. This required completing the documents remotely and coordinating the pickup weeks after we "bought" the car. After leaving the dealership and when I got up to highway speed my truck started shaking pretty bad, I guess when they did the alignment and or tire rotation the weights fell off knocking the wheels out of b speed my truck started shaking pretty bad, I guess when they did the alignment and or tire rotation the weights fell off knocking the wheels out of balance and I had to go to Norco Goodyear in Mammoth to get them balanced the following day. I would have turned around and asked them to take care of it at that time but it was 4:30 in the afternoon and I figured they wouldn't be able to take care of it then. No big deal, **it happens, I get it. But it did cost me $130 bucks at Norco Goodyear in Mammoth after I spent $3,700 at Perry Motors. You can make it up to me on my next service appointment if you want : ) I haven't driven the truck much since then but everything else seems to be great! Eric and Maria were GREAT!
