Our car purchasing experience with Best Cars Kansas City was wonderful. We had spent half the day at another dealer wasting our time. My first new car Because I did pre-approval application on the internet, an appointment with Russ Williams was scheduled to come in. As soon as I walked in Pete Franklin's I was greeted by a salesman who took me to Russ. When I met Russ I was greeted and offered refreshments. He was very nice and professional. He ask me what kind car i was looking for and i told him my choices, then he collected all my info. After the process was complete i was able get my third choice car, which was a Ford Taurus. I gave the down payment and filled out the paper and i was able to drive off the lot. All in all i had a great experience. Everyone in the office was nice and spoke when they seen me.......I would definitely go back and purchase another car in the future. More

Russ Williams, our sales person, was not pushy but was available for any questions we had. He attended to us quickly and was such a pleasant personality to deal with. Transactions should add value to both parties and I felt we had a very positive, very fair transaction for both parties. Rob Stevenson, the general manager, was just as pleasant to work with. My husband said this whole experience was about the most no-nonsense, straight forward car deal he has ever had. We both felt we got a very fair trade-in price for our car. The finance manager ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was in on his day off and stayed late with us to wrap up the paper work. He was very cheerful the entire time.
