I had an appointment for 10am to change my front breaks and an oil change. I was waiting in the lobby and at 11:10 they told me that I would have to come back another day because they didn’t have time to d and an oil change. I was waiting in the lobby and at 11:10 they told me that I would have to come back another day because they didn’t have time to do the breaks since they close at 12. I had an appt at 10 so they had 2 hours a to change my brakes. Also, when I checked in and he ask what I was getting done he could have told me then that it could not be done instead of me wasting 1 1/2 hours of my time. I could have used that time find someone that could do it. I did find someone to do it the same day but I was late for a meeting due to Nissan wasting my time. More
