I was pleasantly surprised when i got in the car to leave to find they had done an excellent job vacuuming the floor. When I vacuum it there usually still some small pea gravel in the carpet. This was my first time bringing my in for service since I moved from California and the difference is amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. My oil change was completed in a timely manner. Every time I come here they seem to approach me with about 4 more problems that "need to be fixed", so much so that it feels scammy. Most of the people are friendly but there is one lady that is rude an about 4 more problems that "need to be fixed", so much so that it feels scammy. Also, I see other dealerships in town that wash and vacuum the vehicle before giving it back to you and this one never does, so I am not sure what the survey means by "did they sanitize your vehicle" More
