Poor customer service for recommended maintenance. I have a Toyota Rav4, 2015, that I made an appointment to have service done on the vehicle. The tires needed rotation and balancing. I had an appoint I have a Toyota Rav4, 2015, that I made an appointment to have service done on the vehicle. The tires needed rotation and balancing. I had an appointment for 10:30 am on 9/30/2019. I arrived at 10:15am for the appointment, the car service was not completed until 3 hours later, after 1:15 pm. There was no contact with me concerning the time delay, and it took 20 minutes to check out with payment for the service. Exceedingly poor service on a day when they did not seem to be that busy. More
