The Met with Victor King, Product Specialist, to get an appraisal on my 2015 Highlander. Victor was very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. The appraisal was extremely generous ! He showed me the 2019 Highlanders and pointed out the changes between the 2015 & 2019s. The Highlander is a great vehicle which is perfect for our needs. It is large enough to give a nice comfortable ride while being easy to maneuver, park, etc with a nice turning radius. Because my 2015 is very low mileage and still like new, I decided to wait a while before trading it. When I decide to trade, I will definitely buy from Victor. BTW, we also have a Tacoma from Fred Anderson. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, go see Victor King at Fred Anderson Toyota. More

Because the car went from the Service drop off to behind the building it was back up front ready to go in like 30 minutes it was bad enough me pretty much losing my car that almost cost $16,000. Then tell me when I signed the papers I was losing my car pretty much but it's 19% interest $1,600 Platinum warranty this and that and not have nothing. disrespect no care in the world about their customers promise after promise very dishonest uncaring More

Poor Customer Service and not Trustworthy Went in for an oil change. They didn't follow up as promised and you had to call 3 to 4 times to finally get a hold of someone after waiting 2 hours b Went in for an oil change. They didn't follow up as promised and you had to call 3 to 4 times to finally get a hold of someone after waiting 2 hours between calls! When we picked up the car the light was on for the engine. We called back an again..left a message. After 3 tries we finally got a hold of someone and they had us bring it back. They found a $500 repair. We had a coupon that they offered that allowed $80 off the repair and mentioned it. They said you can use it when you pay. They promise follow up and then just don't. took two days for the repair and very poor follow up. When we did come in, my husband picked it up and he didn't take the coupon. We called back that night and they said they would return the call. Didn't. Called back again and left a message. No call back. 3 days later called and they said the ticket was closed and they wouldn't honor it. Wrote a message to dealer and no surprise no response. Very very poor service and I don't trust them on the issues. I would avoid this dealership and take it elsewhere. Sales I'm not sure about, but there usually is a certain culture in a dealership.
