After running around town for most of the day, stopped and conducted additional business. Upon attempt to start the car, it acted like a dead battery. Called our insurance company, Farm Bureau Insurance and conducted additional business. Upon attempt to start the car, it acted like a dead battery. Attempt to jump start the car failed and the car was transported to Peterson's Stampede Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. Since it was late the car was left overnight and Peterson's had a driver drive us home. The next morning was informed of the problem, shorted battery and authorized the repair. Additional service work was accomplished. Peterson's professionalism, courtesy, was appreciated. Would go back to Peterson's for additional service. More

I took my car in for a routine oil change. They also washed my car and vacuumed the interior. When ever i need some work done all I have to do is pull up and they get my car in as soon as possible. Brett did a great job on detailing and waxing the car. (pro pac) The Dart looked brand new. I bought the Dart last August and he has been there to answer any questions. I had some questions about the propac I' had done. He sold my sister a van one weekend and she had expressed my questions. So, Ryan gave me a call, answered my questions and had Brett call me! That's what I call customer service!! I am very pleased with my experience with these two guys. The reason for my visit was simple, I needed a an oil change. I came to Stampede Dodge because I own a Dodge Mega-Cab and the service writer from another dealership recommended that I go to Stampede. When I walked into the Stampede service area, I was immediately greeted and then asked what I needed. It wasn't that fake greeting just because they have to, they truly cared about what I needed and then gave me a card that had a discount for the oil change I was about to get. Shane and Nena then told me where to go and how it works at the quick lube so it would be easy for me. At the quick lube, Nastassia greeted me with sincerity and then proceeded to ask me questions about my truck and if anything needed replacing. They washed my truck and got me out in a quick manner. The reason I gave their service and quick lube a high rating is because it is very hard to find good service anymore. I served my country in the Marines and to see a company like Stampede Dodge hold a gold standard for is a good change compared to most businesses. I will definitely be a repeat customer to this dealership. More

I dont know what these people are talking about (giving this place 4 and 5 stars) except the person that said he felt ripped off. I had a very bad experience there last night (JAN 29th). Not only did they low ball me for my trade in(s) they expected me to take the deal no questions asked. Now, I know these places need to make money but I was adding it up and if I would have went though with the deal I would say, they would have profited about $8,000 to $10,000 in my opinion. Then a day later, after talking with Marie about my experience, did they call me back and offer me more for my car. At this point if they really wanted to repair what was done, they should have excepted my counter offer. To my surprise they turned me down (sarcasm). In my opinion if you want a fair deal this isn't the place to go not to mention they would rather keep you in their building late to make their deal rather than letting you get your kid(s) home to bed. He said it would take about 15 min to get a trade in value on my car and truck. 45 min later and some signing of papers witch wasn't needed not to mention the time we spent in the parking lot and then had to Find my keys to my car so we could leave. need i say more More
The 2013 Dodge Crewcab Bighorn is the 3rd new vehicle that I have purchased from Peterson Dodge. In all three sales, personnel have been polite, professional and have a no "pressure" attitude. They, and especially Jeremy is willing to listen to wants and needs of the buyer and is very willing to negotiate costs of the amenties and price of the vehicle. Peterson Dodge by far has the best prices on new vehicles and I would recommend them to anyone who wants one and doesn't want the "Normal" horse trading pitch. More
