Walt is Great! One of the easiest car purchases ever. My only complaint would be the internet price was a bit deceptive. I get that you all need to be competitive, but I didn't like that the price advertised was not really the price you meant to sell the vehicle at, without some funky wording about trade assist. If that is the case then you should make it VERY clear that the customer is really going to spend $1000 more than the advertised price. The truck was still a good price, but when you think it's $1000 less, you like it even more. Loved Walt though :o) he is GREAT!!!! More

Bad customer service I had an appointment scheduled and I brought it in at 10 AM for oil change in the front in alignment got there at 9:30 knew I was little early no big I had an appointment scheduled and I brought it in at 10 AM for oil change in the front in alignment got there at 9:30 knew I was little early no big deal gave the lady my keys and she said great then I proceeded to go into the waiting room and waited till 1 o’clock to find out they couldn’t do my alignment to check the steering because they had a truck on the alignment rack that no one told me could not be take it off so they told me I could have a loaner car and that was great however it was the day before a holiday weekend and I was leaving and I need the van because I have a trailer hitch on it so I just told him to get a bath now I’m in the market for a new 1500 Dodge truck and there is no way ever ever would I buy a vehicle from auto Plaza Chrysler Dodge Jeep I was you guys upper management need to look at your service department it is bad news and I tell everybody and FARMINGTON that what the experience they got . The big deal is that no one seem like they cared I don’t know what to even say except I have never ever experienced Such bad service it was just a friend in alignment and to check the steering and they sat there for till 1 o’clock until I went up to the counter to check on it they won’t even gonna come back and tell me it’s a joke they are jokes and the service manager you keep him employed there you might as well shut the doors More
