horrible experience "Not very happy with this dealership. While I was buying my car, they said they were going to add a clear coat for paint protection; I thought it was "Not very happy with this dealership. While I was buying my car, they said they were going to add a clear coat for paint protection; I thought it was nice of them, until I am signing paperwork and realize I paid $500 for the clear coat and they didn’t even ask me if that was ok! So then I go to get an emissions test done (which is apparently not required before driving off the lot, the paperwork didn’t specify if the inspection covered safety and emissions, it only says “vehicle inspection notice”. So the shop points out that my safety test expired the day before! (Keep in mind, my temp tags are still valid for a few more days) so I suck it up and pay for the inspection, THAT FAILED!! The shop said my tires were so bald on the inside of all 4 of them that he did not want me driving my car, which Auto Plaz inspectors passed because they didn’t want to replace the tires! So I contact auto plaza Farmington. The manager argued with me saying "so your going to believe THEIR inspectors over mine? they are just trying to sell you new tires" without any care that I drove an unsafe care off of the lot. after 2 days of waiting, driving back and forth and arguing with them, I am finally getting 4 new tires. (they originally only offered me 2 new tires) which would give me a 50% safe car? a 50% passed safety inspection. I would not recommend his dealership. Also, when I got my car back, my rims were COVERED with black oil/dirt. More
